• Please observe the park speed limit of 5 MPH.

• All of our buildings are smoke-free areas.

• Pets are welcome. However, owners are resonsible for their conduct and cleaning up after them. This means all areas surrounding the park. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings at any time. Service dogs are exempt.

• Washing of vehicles is not permitted.

• Feeding squirrels or any other wild animal is prohibited.

• Guests are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children at all times.

• No clothes are to be hung in view of the RV sites.

• Fireworks and firearms are not permitted at any time.

• Placing any structural additons on an RV site must have prior approval by manager.

• Please have gate access key on you at all times. Gate is kept closed at all times. Any visitors entering property must have registered guest open gate for them.

• Fax and limited copy facilities are available at the office for a small fee.

• Garbage is to be bagged and securely tied and placed in the dumpster. Boxes should always be collapsed to preserve space in the dumpster.

• All sites must be maintained in a clean, orderly fashion.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

• Swimming is at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Non-swimmers and children under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult.

• Riverboat Travel Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damages to property of RVers due to fire, theft, accident, or other causes.

• Riverboat Travel Park reserves the right to refuse service or to request the departure of anyone who will not comply with these guidelines as stated. We reserve the right to change or add to these guidelines as circumstances require. Disregard for these guidelines will be sufficient reason for requesting departure without refund.

• A reservation guarantees a site, not a specific site number. Rates are based on a two (2) person per site rate. There is an additional charge per day for each additional person. Rates include one RV and one tow vehicle.

• Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Check-in time is 1:00 pm. Late check-outs will be charged a rate of $3/hour - any late check-out beyond 3:00 pm will be assessed at the current nightly rate. Any arrival/check-in prior to this time will be assessed at the previous night's rate.

• FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE PARK AT ANY TIME. SHOULD YOU BE FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF THEM, YOU WILL BE EVICTED OR ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.

 • The laundry/bathroom facility is open 24/7/365. Please be mindful of the condition you leave this facility, as it is a courtesy, and the RV park is responsible for all cleaning and upkeep. Showering dogs in the bathroom is strictly prohibited and absolutely NO DOG BEDDING is to be washed in the washers.

Also, to help keep campground costs under control (for example, rent prices), please keep all toilet paper and soap waste to a minimum. Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is never permitted in the laundry/bathroom facility, and vandalism or misuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Be advised that there are security cameras throughout the RV park.

• By checking in for your reservation, you are acknowledging that you have read, fully understand, accept and agree to comply with the rules and regulations stated herein, in addition to any future notices and or policy changes. A printed copy of the rules will be presented upon request.

• Riverboat Travel Park is a privately owned and operated facility. We reserve the right to evict without notice and without refund anyone who does not comply with these rules and regulations. Guests agree that they are solely responsible for any/all property loss from theft. You also agree to release Riverboat Travel Park from liability for any/all damages incurred from accidents, injuries, or natural disasters (Acts of God).

• We offer a 10% discount for members of AAA, Good Sam Club, CAA, FMCA or FQCC. Guests must present a valid membership card at check-in in order to receive discounted rates.
